1. What is Xin's Learning Manager?​

Xin's Learning Manager is a platform for K-12 learning resources and communication among students, teachers, and parents. We offer the services including off-course tutorials classes, open learning and test preparation resources, personalized academic planning, well-being consultation, and college application guidance. 

For K-12 students and parents, we serve as your academic manager and provide the strongest assistance for students growth.

2. Can I participate the courses, use the Learning Tools, and book a personal service as a guest?​​

No, you must register as a member at first. Then, you can join in any service in Xin's Learning Manager. 

3. How to register as a member in Xin's Learning Manager?​

If you did not register as a member before, just click on the "Personal Account" icon on the top of the right and request for the membership. If we approved your application, you would be the member of Xin's Learning Manager.

Before you formally register as a membership, we suggest you contact us and tell us your demands using the contact form below. 

4. Who can contribute to the Student Blogs?​

Generally, our working staffs, tutors, advisors, and other professionals contribute to our Student Blogs. Also, member students and their parents are encouraged to contribute to our blogs to share their personal learning experiences.

5. What topics can be included in the Student Blogs?​

We focus on but not limited to learning methodologies in different subjects, test preparations, self-planning, social activities, and teenagers' mental and physical health.​

6. If I were a member in Xin's Learning Manager, can I follow other members?​

Yes, you are encouraged to follow any member in Xin's Learning Manager.

7. Can my friends or my partners use my membership in Xin's Learning Manager?​

Only the members themselves can use the membership to participate in our services. If they want to participate in the services, the member can recommend your friends and partners as the new member.

8. How do the students join in the courses in Xin's Learning Manager?​

Before you decide to join in the courses, you may send the request to us. In general, our courses advisor will contact you once you sent the request. Then, we will approve your request and let you in the course.​

9. Can I upload my learning resources to the Learning Tools?

Before you upload other resources, you may send the request e-mail and the resources to us and we will review it. You are not allowed to upload any other resources without any permission, and we will delete the unapproved resources.

Billing & Personal Accounts

10. Where do I see the billing information?

You will receive the invoices and other billing information if you purchase our services.

11. Can I upgrade my account information?

You could upgrade your information any time.

12. Membership Cancellations and Terminations

If you hope to terminate or cancel your membership, you could send your request through our contact form. Generally, you may keep your membership at least one year.

13. Can I cancel the booked services and return the service fees?

You could cancel or reschedule your services before 24 hours.

14. Can I drop out the program I currently enrolled in? Can I change my course plan if my schedule does not work well?

Yes, before you decide change the program, you should contact our representative at first and tell them your sought.
